Legals and Terms of free Use for Plentyofart services
When you sign up for any service within the Plentyofart.com you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using the Service after July 1st, 2007 you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
User Agreement
This agreement constitutes your agreement with Plentyofart. ("Plentyofart") with respect to your use of the Service. - You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Plentyofart members ('Spam').
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- You must not, in the use of Plentyofart, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Plentyofart.com account. While Plentyofart.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Plentyofart cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Plentyofart.com service at your own risk.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Plentyofart.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. - Plentyofart.com service make it possible to share images hosted on Plentyofart.com to outside websites. This use is accepted, and even encouraged. However, pages on other websites which display images hosted on Plentyofart.com must provide a link back to Plentyofart.com from each photo to its photo page on Plentyofart.com.
- Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smilies, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-art elements on external websites.

Plentyofart respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Plentyofart may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and / or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
